I experienced racism at the Cozy Spa. The lady at the front desk (heavyset lady) acted like I was a criminal, and I will never go back to this place. I called after I had this horrible experience , so that I could ask for the owner’s number, and she refused to give it to me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. | Horrible place. They charged me 60$ for one hour and provided service for less than 40 minutes because they had other customers outside. In between the masseuse kept attending phone calls and other customers. They make you pay at the start … | Disaster!
