I love this spot for laser hair removal- great staff and equipment. But recently it is impossible to get though on the phone to book an appointment and there is no online booking system. Feels like I am interacting with the dmv or something | I visit Palo Alto Laser & Skin Care for all of my laser hair removal treatments. I love the place. The front desk staff is really friendly and professional. I usually see Stacie, she is my favorite. I have seen Ginger as well who is also wonderful. I would highly recommend visiting Palo Alto Laser for treatments! | Love this place!

Susan their esthetician was so knowledgable and made me feel so comfortable. I learned so much from this one visit that has helped me with my daily skin routines. I absolutely loved the peel and my skin has never looked better! | I get treatment for mild pre-varicose veins from this place and am very satisfied with the results, which allow me to wear skirts that hit above the knee, confidently and happily. | I’ve been going here for years.
